Community residents serve as the backbone of Munroe Regional Medical Center, with more than 1,200 volunteers helping to serve patients and visitors each day. If you’re passionate about community service, care deeply for people, and have the time and energy — we’d love to have your help!

From patient visitation to departmental service needs, we have more than 35 volunteer areas, such as:

These departments are staffed by adult, college and teenage volunteers. More than 200 high school aged students volunteer annually at the medical center earning credit hours for scholarships and valuable work experience.

Volunteers serve as the backbone of superior care at Munroe Regional Medical Center. More than 1,200 men, women and teens help serve the non-clinical needs of our patients and their families each day. Working with the Munroe Health Care Team, the Munroe volunteers assist by living our hospital mission of providing the highest quality care for patients.

Our Customer Service Liaisons provide quality customer service to patients and families!

As a not-for-profit service organization, Munroe Auxiliary, Inc. understands that customer service is critical to providing the best possible care.  The Munroe Customer Service Liaisons provide quality customer service to patients and families including daily shuttle service. Together, we can make a positive impact for patients and members of the Marion County community.
